With residential projects we make the process of demolition clear. Our approach to each demolition is communication and proper permitting with various town and state ordinances. We handle the paper work and provide assistance with coordinating the air quality testing prior to demolition. We can assist having experienced, licensed air testing professionals test the material prior to demolition for asbestos then we continue the process of having a licensed abatement team provide you with an asbestos report and DEEP permit to remove hazardous material if any prior to demolition. We handle all the shut-off notices and create a folder for the owner to be submitted for permit.
On our commercial sites, safety and barricades are used for demolition and 8ft high temporary fencing with screening. Our on-site crew handles complete removal of debris and de-watering for dust control. We have company owned roll-off dumpsters on-site at all times to keep area clean. This process is done on all our sites.
